The two-day hockey festival gets underway on Saturday, Oct. 12 at noon at Bedford's BMO Centre (61 Gary Martin Drive).

The event will include meet-and-greet opportunities with NHL alumni T.J. Galiardi and Pascal Leclaire, as well as some live performances by local artists, and the live Sportsnet NHL broadcast on Sunday evening.

Here is a look at the complete weekend schedule:

There are several hockey-themed events planned for the weekend including autograph sessions, as well as hockey-related skills competitions.

There broadcast will include a feature on the Jordan Boyd Memorial Tournament and the Jordan Boyd Celebrity Hockey Challenge.

The Sportsnet NHL game on Sunday evening features Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins facing former Halifax Mooseheads forward Nik Ehlers and the Winnipeg Jets at 8:30 p.m.
