CLARE AND COLE HARBOUR PEEWEE TEAMS VYING FOR GOOD DEEDS CUP
Feb. 4, 2019
A pair of teams from Nova Scotia are in the running for the 2019 Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup.
The teams at Chevrolet and Hockey Canada, along with Chevrolet Hockey Ambassadors Mitch Marner, Caroline Ouellette and Harnarayan Singh, have narrowed down to the field in this year’s contest to ten semi-finalists.
The Good Deeds Cup recognizes Peewee teams from across the country who make important contributions to their communities off the ice.
Each semi-finalist team has won $2,000 for the charity of their choice, as well as a prize package for the players.
Among the semi-finalists are Peewee teams from Clare and Cole Harbour.
Now it’s up to you to narrow it down to three finalists!
You have from January 26 to February 9 to vote for your favourite team’s YouTube video. You can view the videos and cast a vote by on clicking on the videos below.
The three teams with the most views over the two-week period will become Good Deeds Cup finalists. They’ll each take home $5,000 for the charity of their choice and have the chance to become this year’s Champions.
The Champion team receives a total of $100,000 for the charity of their choice, a Winner’s Ceremony in their home town, and a feature on broadcast television.
Good luck to both of our teams that are vying for this year's Good Deeds Cup!
