Mar. 20, 2017

BERWICK – The All Credit Auto Rangers are Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League champs.

On Sunday, the Rangers defeated the Dartmouth Whalers 4-3 in the championship game of the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League provincials at the Kings Mutual Century Centre in Berwick.

Riley Kidney scored a pair of goals, including the game-winning tally, and Griffin Kelly stopped 30 of the 33 shots fired his way to help lead the Rangers to the provincial championship. Kidney also notched the game-winning goal in the second overtime of the Ranger’s 2-1 semi-final victory over the Landworks Gulls on Saturday.
