Game 3 of the Nova Scotia Female Midget Hockey League (NSFMHL) gets underway Friday evening and you can follow along with all of the action from home!

Bell Aliant TV1 is streaming the entire NSFMHL series live online. You can watch Game 3 Friday night at 9 p.m. when the puck drops at the BMO Centre in Bedford. To view this evening’s game live online, please click here.

The championship series between the ProCresting Penguins and Metro Boston Pizza is locked up at one game apiece after both teams registered a win last weekend.

On Saturday, March 12, Metro Boston Pizza took the opening game of the series with a 3-0 victory. Jessica O’Malley scored a pair of goals for Metro while Rachel Dorey chipped in a single marker. Terra Lanteigne made 29 saves between the pipes for Metro to earn the shutout.

The following day, the Penguins fought back to even the series 1-1 with a 2-1 win over Metro. Sarah Polak had both goals for the Penguins while Kira Memet scored Metro’s only goal of the game. Kate Spooner stopped 39 of the 40 shots fired her way to register the victory in net for the Pens.
